Cold Stone Creamery Valley Stream: Premium Ice Cream with Friendly Service

I highly recommend this location to all. However, it is extremely pricey. Make sure to pay your employees they carry your brand. give discounts and deals, especially to loyalty customers like myself. At this point we are locked in as family. pull up.

i’ve tried their mint chocolate chip ice cream and it was pretty good, a little bit too much chocolate in my opinion but other than that it was great. nice service and reasonable prices for their sizes

Went to get ice cream. The place was crowded, but we were served quickly. Good customer service. I was able to change my order with no issue. There is no seating inside tho. Ice cream was lovely. The serving size was generous too. We visited on a Sunday.

WOW! I’ve never been in an establishment that had such friendly staff! Every time I go in, they make sure I get exactly what I want. Always happy, laughing, and such good energy. I love coming in here! They play the best music and make me feel right at home! Plus they offer so many flavors and make the perfect mix in for me every single time. Y’all gotta come here. Seriously it’s the best :)

I enjoy Cold Stone ice cream and this time in particular, staff member TK made my day! She was so professional, helpful and friendly. She ensured my ice cream was just right and I was provided with all the utensils needed. I never usually am given napkins. The service was top tier with TK and I am pleased with the exceptional service. If you're going to this Valley Stream location, you must ask for TK to receive the best service!

It's so beneficial that this location is now always open until 1am. They are always kind to me when I visit this establishment. The vibes are always on point, just like the music;). The ice cream is always stacked high and even if the ice cream is low they will get it from the back with no issues. I highly recommend this ice cream spot to all looking for a late night snack, or just a snack whenever!

Normally, this place is packed (and with good reason), but they’re pros at moving things along without making you feel rushed. I think I was in and out in about five minutes—pretty impressive for such a popular spot! That warm, sweet smell of fresh waffle cones hits you the second you walk in, and it’s just so comforting. The place is clean, lively, and well-organized, which makes the whole experience even better. I went with my usual favorite, the Dulce de Leche ice cream with banana and graham crackers mixed in. The ice cream itself is smooth and rich, and the flavors blend perfectly—just the right balance of caramel sweetness with that fresh banana taste and a bit of crunch from the graham crackers. It’s such a satisfying combo and the perfect treat for winding down after a long day. Cold Stone always hits the spot, but the vibe and efficient service here make it stand out.
